This can be done inside, and in as fast as 10 mintues, giving you good intense workout to help burn calories and remove fat. Don't have an Agility ladder? Not a problem, be creative. Use tape and make each rung 12 inchs x 12 inches x 15 feet long. Or use chalk, or just your imagination. The workout: 1) Up and Downs- up and down the ladder is 1 rep, do a total of 4 reps 2) In and Outs- Up and down the ladder is 1 rep, do a toal of 4 reps 3) Shuffles- Up and Down the ladder is 1 rep, do a total of 4 reps 4) Ali Shuffles- up and down the ladder is 1 rep, do a total of 4 reps Do all 4 exercies for 1 set. Do at least 1 set, but go for 2.
